is that the same Harvard FAQ page also states students join in October , while Harvard's ASID programme page and ADEA both say January — so the FAQ appears to be out of date in at least one respect, which is reason to treat its other figures with caution. Email them before committing the fee and the May deadline. Whichever number is right, this is one of the smallest intakes in CAAPID. A Two-Month Window, and the Earliest Deadline in CAAPID Applications open March 5 and close May 5, 2026 . That is the earliest deadline of any CAAPID program — weeks before Michigan's May 30, more than a month before Dugoni's June 12, and eight months before Marquette's. Harvard Takes ECE or WES — Which Most Programs Don't Harvard accepts a course-by-course evaluation from either Educational Credential Evaluators or World Education Services . That is unusual and genuinely useful. Michigan states plainly that it does not accept WES. NYU states it will not accept WES "or any other credential evaluators" and will not review applications without ECE. If you already hold a WES evaluation, Harvard is one of the programs where it is not wasted. The composition is prescribed: Preferred: a Dean's Letter (Institutional Evaluation Form). One from a science or research supervisor — a Principal Investigator who supervised your research, or a faculty member who taught you biology, chemistry or physics. If your BDS offered none of those, Harvard accepts a letter from someone who taught you a preclinical course. No individual meetings and no campus tours before applying. Only invited interviewees get a tour, led by students, as part of the final round. No feedback on your application. HSDM states it does not provide individual consultations or advice on how to strengthen an application, in order to keep the process equitable. ASID Track cannot be combined with an HSDM AGE degree. If your goal is a postdoctoral qualification without practising in the US, Harvard points you to its Advanced Graduate Education programs instead. None of that is discouraging in itself.
