caution. The FAQ entry and the ASID page also describe eligibility differently. The FAQ entry says the program is for applicants with a BDS "from outside the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., as well as licensed physicians from these countries who wish to specialize in dentistry." The ASID page says it "is designed exclusively for dentists who have completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or an equivalent degree outside the United States and Canada." If your dental degree is from the UK, or you are a physician, confirm your eligibility in writing before you apply. Ask before you spend the $150. Harvard says its admissions team is "happy to answer any specific questions regarding the application process or general requirements," and class size is exactly that kind of question. "Apply by May 5, 2026," with an application period of March 5 to May 5 . ADEA's finder gives the same dates for a class starting January 4, 2027. That window has closed, and as of 7 October 2026 Harvard has not published dates for the 2027 cycle. Of the 47 programs on ADEA's CAAPID Program Finder, two listed earlier 2026-cycle deadlines: Minnesota (March 26) and UAB (April 30). Harvard reviews applications "in the order they become complete," and review "may take up to one month after completion." Processing can take up to three weeks after materials arrive, and applicants who are not admitted "will be notified by email in mid-August, after the class has been filled." In a two-month window, that order is a reason to finish early rather than on the deadline. Two months is not long to assemble a credential evaluation, board scores, a TOEFL result and three or four letters, and everything must come through CAAPID: "Please do not email or

For a test taken before January 21, 2026, Harvard's minimum is 90 overall, with 23 in speaking, 21 in writing, 21 in reading and 17 in listening. ADEA CAAPID's own TOEFL score code is B451, and Harvard considers only what comes through CAAPID, so ask admissions where your scores should go. No Meetings, Tours or Feedback Before You Apply Harvard is direct about what it does and does not offer before you apply, and it is worth setting expectations properly. No individual meetings and no campus tours before applying. Harvard cites "our small school size and the presence of on-site clinical operations": tours are only for applicants who have been invited to interview, and the campus tour is listed in the final, on-campus round. No feedback on your application. "To ensure a fair and equitable process for all applicants, HSDM does not provide individual consultations or feedback on how to improve an application."
